Our timelines
- We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours of receipt.
- We aim to resolve grievances within 15 days, and will explain any delay where a matter requires longer.
What we will do
- Review your grievance objectively and request any clarification needed;
- Take reasonable steps to resolve it and prevent recurrence;
- Communicate the outcome to you in writing.
